Effortless Property Management With Zip

I do not write many reviews, but I wanted to for the Zip team because of how great my experience has been. I invested with Zip about a year ago, but before I made that decision I was wanting to get an Airbnb for quite a while, but never knew where or how to get started and tbh a little nervous. Long story short, I had gotten connected with zip and they walked me through their investing process and let me know tell you it was fantastic! They helped find me a property, shared all the numbers and projections, then they designed and staged it for me (there design team is amazing by the way), and within about 4 days the property was completely set up and live. I was truly amazed at how efficient and quick they were able to do this. Within a couple hours of going live, I had gotten my first booking! Fast forward about a year now, my property is cash flowing several thousand dollars a month and I have made my entire investment back a lot faster than I thought. I am now looking to add another property with Zip and continue growing. I can't speak highly enough about them. From the very beginning they made me feel very comfortable and provided great communication the whole time. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Easily the best management company I have worked with. My business partners & I have several Airbnb properties with Zip and I couldn't be happier about the job they have done. They are constantly on top of everything for our properties. Definitely recommend working with the Zip team if you're looking to grow your Real Estate portfolio.
