Living Spaces & Amenities

Inside, the home is set up for longer stays with plenty of room to spread out. The living areas are comfortable and casual, giving guests space to hang out, watch TV, work remotely, or spend time together after a long day.

The fully stocked kitchen includes the essentials needed for daily cooking, whether you’re making quick breakfasts, family dinners, or meal prepping during an extended stay. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, making it easy to share meals, work from the table, or gather for coffee in the morning.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy the brand-new pool table, giving the home an easy indoor hangout spot when you want to stay in. A washer and dryer are also available, which is especially helpful for monthly stays.

Bedrooms & Comfort

With 5 bedrooms and 6 queen beds, Modern Oasis offers flexible sleeping arrangements for up to larger groups while still keeping the setup simple and comfortable.

Four bedrooms each feature their own queen bed, giving guests private spaces to unwind. The fifth bedroom includes two queen beds, making it a strong option for kids, friends, coworkers, or anyone comfortable sharing a larger sleeping space.

The layout works well for families, work crews, traveling professionals, temporary housing needs, ASU-related stays, and groups needing more room than a standard hotel or apartment.

Outdoor & Leisure Space

The backyard is one of the main highlights of the home. Step outside to your private fenced-in pool area and enjoy your own Arizona escape. Please note: the pool does not heat.

Guests can relax on the patio furniture, eat outside, or spend time under the pavilion when they want shade from the Tempe sun. The outdoor couch, chair, and table make the backyard feel usable throughout the day, whether you’re having coffee outside, cooling off in the pool, or winding down in the evening.
